Dr. Moses Ekow Ogoe is a holder of a Doctoral Degree in Agricultural Extension at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, Master of Philosophy Degree in Agricultural Extension (UCC, Ghana), B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture (KNUST, Ghana), Postgraduate Diploma in Agricultural Administration (GIMPA, Ghana) and Certificate in Agriculture-related Information Processing (HIKKO, Japan). 
Member of the Management Board of Oil Palm Research Institute of the Centre for Scientific and Industrial research, since May 2014.
Worked with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture for over 13 years in various capacities as agricultural extension personnel. A seasoned farmer and owns a large estate with various agricultural commodities that have won me several awards including Overall Western Regional Best farmer (2014), First Western Regional Business Excellence Gold Award – 2005, District Coconut Best Farmer for Ahanta West District – 2001, Overall District Best farmer for Ahanta West District – 2011 and National Best Grasscutter Farmer – 2011.
Worked for Ricerca e Cooperazione (an Italian International NGO) as Project Coordinator for the Southwestern and Central Regions of Ghana. Undertaken a nine-month private agricultural land-use planning consultancy services for the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations in the project “Ensuring farmers’ livelihoods and food security around Kakum Conservation Area” in the Central Region of Ghana.
Served for 3 years as the Program Manager of the Akyem branch of Opportunities Industrialization Centers International (OICI), contracted by Golden Ridge Resources Ltd (Newmont Gold Mines, Akyem Project), to implement its Mining for Sustainable Development program in 8 project-affected communities and hamlets in the Birim North District of the Eastern Region of Ghana.
Presently, the Executive Director and Founder of the Organization for Livelihood Enhancement Services (OLIVES), a non-profit organization, implementing the Livelihood Replacement and Community Development Program of Newmont Golden Ridge Ltd. in Ghana. Also, the Founder and Executive Director of Skilimit Co-operative Credit Union, and the Owner and Chief Executive of OGYA 98.3FM/Radio Station (https://streema.com/radios/Ogya_FM), all at Agona Nkwanta in the Western Region of Ghana.
