Member of International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS)

Holds a Master of Arts, Human Resource (University of Cape Coast), BA. Degree in Social Work with Psychology, Diploma in Social Administration and Certificate in social work. She has been working with the Department of Social Welfare since 1993 as the District Director for Juabeso-Bia and currently Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Districts, in the Western Region of Ghana, in various capacities as legal Volunteer for Women in Law and Development, Africa (WILDAF), Panel Member of the Juvenile Court and Family Tribunal. She also coordinates HIV and AIDS, (the District Monitoring and Evaluation Focal Projects in the District. She was part of the team that conducted survey on Violence against Women and Child labour in Ghana She is a member of International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS) an organization whose members are part of a community of enthusiastic professionals, involved in exploring new ideas, spreading knowledge and building capacity in development evaluation. She attended the IDEAS Global Assembly 2009 in South Africa and had the opportunity to present a paper titled “Creating HIV and AIDS project evaluation awareness in the Ashanti Region of Ghana – A means to enhance development evaluation”. She is an energetic self–starter with very good analytical and organizational skills. She is highly motivated, creative, versatile and especially skilled at building effective and productive working relationships with stakeholders and staff. She possesses excellent management skills and a commitment to human development and community services. She is committed to the highest level of professional and personal excellence.
