Moses holds a Doctoral Degree in Agricultural Extension (University of Cape Coast, Ghana), a Master of Philosophy Degree in Agricultural Extension (University of Cape Coast, Ghana) and B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture (Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana). Received a short training in Agriculture-Related Information Processing at Hikko, Obihiro in Japan. In addition, pursued a post-graduate Diploma course in Agricultural Administration at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Accra, Ghana.

He is the Executive Director and Founder of the Organization for Livelihood Enhancement Services (OLIVES) and also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of SKILIMIT Micro-finance Ltd., Agona Nkwanta, the Chief Executive and Founder of Ogya 98.3 FM (under MOg Media Services) and the Proprietor of Ogoe Farms Complex, Agona Ahanta. He was appointed a member of the Management Board of the Oil Palm Research Institute (OPRI) of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), in 2014.

He worked with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture for 13 years in various capacities and rose to the position of Regional Agricultural Extension Officer and doubled as the Regional MIS Officer for the Western Region of Ghana. He also worked with Ricerca e Cooperazione (an Italian International NGO) as Project Coordinator for the South-western and Central Regions of Ghana. Again, he served for 3 years as the Program Manager of the Akyem branch of Opportunities Industrialization Centers International (OICI) and implemented Newmont Golden Ridge Limited’s Mining for Sustainable Development Program in its project-affected communities in the Birim North District of the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Moses is a seasoned farmer and owns a large estate with various agricultural commodities that have won him several awards including Overall Western Regional Best farmer (2014), First Western Regional Business Excellence Gold Award – 2005, District Coconut Best Farmer for Ahanta West District – 2001, Overall District Best farmer for Ahanta West District – 2011 and National Best Grasscutter Farmer – 2011.

He undertook a nine-month private agricultural land-use planning consultancy services for the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations in the project “Ensuring farmers’ livelihoods and food security around Kakum Conservation Area” in the Central Region of Ghana.

Moses possesses excellent management skills and committed to human development and community service. He is an energetic self-starter with very good analytical and organizational skills. Highly motivated, creative, versatile and possesses skills at building effective and productive working relationships with stakeholders and staff. He possesses excellent management skills and has a commitment to human development and community service. In all his endeavours, he has provided the needed interface between the organization and communities where he works.
